With the introduction of HD40 Brush, which is fully compatible with HD60 product line, the HD60 Brush is no longer competitive - simply because:

1. HD40 Brush is cheaper then HD60 Brush;

2. The market seem to favor more the triple brush, then the two thin HD60 brushes;

3. The cost of the thin brushes have gone significantly up and final cost of HD60 Brush must be increased even further.

4. We are planning the production of a new HD25 system, fully combinable with the HD60 and HD40 series, which will consist of only "scrapers" - aluminum scraper, thin rubber scraper and the same tiny brush, which you know from the HD 60Brush.

After we finish the R&D stage and lunch the production, you will be able to offer to your customers HD60 and HD40 combined with any kind of scrapers known on the market. These facts require our immediate action and we decided to discontinue the HD60, effective immediately.

All offers you may have made for this product, will be substituted with HD40 Brush. This now means, that you can offer a "wide-narrow-wide" mat pattern, which will be unique on the market. Of coarse, you can combine two HD60 profiles with one HD40 Brush, or any other combinations, which pleases your potential clients - who will ultimately benefit from the lower price of the system.

Our model HD60 Brush Active entrance mats is specially designed for highly and extremely busy public areas like airports, shopping centers, bus stations, hospitals, banks, office buildings, industrial buildings and more.

HD60 's aluminum profiles are extremely durable and strong. The unique arch type construction of the profiles meets all requirements for capability, dinamic and static loads. Wall thickness of the profile varies from 1.5mm to 3mm in the most stressed area.

The inserts are made of highly durable carpet with a polyamide monofilament fibers. These monofilament fibers act as thousands small brushes for efficient removal of dirt and water absorption and moisture.

It's unique construction consists of three types of yarn, each offering a different benefit - capillary yarns absorb moisture; active scraping yarns help to brush the soil from shoes, and heavy duty textured yarns help it to keep its good looks and withstand heavy wheeled traffic.

Placed in the front area, our HD60 Brush Active improve the positive image of the buildings and give it an exclusive style. These mats are suitable for external and internal use.Perfect fit in all 3 zones - coarse dirt, fine dirt and water absorption.

Dirt on sidewalks has entered the premisses, making constant floor mopping mandatory, which only lasts until the next customer walks in.

A part from poor looks, dirt and moisture create real danger of slipping accidents, which may result in expensive lawsuits against the owner of the unsafe entrance area.

HDDMS has a solution for solving these problems. We offer high quality mats for entrance  areas, such as our HD60 series with brush, rubber or carpet inserts.

In the first zone, outside of the door, our HD60 Brush and HD60 Rubber are most suitable, because of their superb coarse dirt retention. Here you can also use the carpet HD60 Brush Active, since it is made of  polyamide, which resists low temperature, absorbs a lot of moisture and eliminates fine dust particles.
Ones inside, a carpet mat is needed in order to trap the water. Our quality rib carpet, specially developed for entry areas, comes in variety of colors and is the most cost effective choice. HD60 Brush Active is better, longer lasting and more expensive option.

If you have carpet in the entrance area after the mat, we can use the same carpet to make the mat from. That way your mat will look just like the interior, which some customers appreciate a lot.

This is one of the biggest and important exhibitions in Europe with focus on flooring materials. Major producers and suppliers from around the world, gather at the beginning of each year to present the bounty of options for the floor.
